Shipping
We charge shipping to UK mainland destinations at the following rates, based on the the total order value.
£0-£15.99 - 99p 
£16-£49 - £2.99
£50 and above - Free Shipping.
Northern Ireland £10 on orders weighing over 2kg regardless of value.
 
Some Highland and Island postcodes and the Channel Islands might incur a surcharge or be subject to slightly longer delivery times.

Bespoke orders may incur extra charges depending on the item being ordered. We will inform you of any charges before you decide to buy.
We use a variety of carriers and delivery services depending on size, weight or volume of the package. It is up to our discretion which provider we use. If we have tracking information available we will inform you via email.
All international orders will incur extra postage charges, which will vary on the type of order and the destination. We will provide costs on request.
We use Royal Mail 2nd class for smaller items (normally a few days delivery time), and UPS for most chopping boards (this is normally 1-3 days shipping time, tracking is provided)
Bladed products are sent using an adult signature age verified service. These must be handed to and signed for by an adult (aged over 18).
Returns
Our products are made to very high standards. If you should encounter a problem with one of our wooden products we will repair or replace it at our discretion.  We will cover the postage cost of returning faulty goods.
We do not offer returns for non-faulty goods where they have been made to order at your request, or to your specific dimensions or style.
Other non-faulty goods can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving them,  however we ask you to return them to us in the original as-new condition (including any packaging), and you cover the cost of return postage. We are happy to advise on the cheapest return method.
Any refunds will be done using the original payment method.
Failed Deliveries
In the event of a failed delivery due to no one being home, or available to sign, (normally 3 attempts),  goods are returned to us by the carrier.  We are charged return postage by the carrier and will pass this charge onto you. If you want the goods resending we will levy a charge for the carriage regardless if any fee was paid originally.
If you no longer want the goods we will refund, less the return charges levied to us.
