A carving board with 4 removeable stainless steel spikes, a perimeter juice catching gutter and side collection area, together with slim drainage channels in the centre.
The are side finger slots for easy lifting and moving, and the board is smooth finished on the reverse side for everyday use.
Sized at a very useful 45cm x 30cm x 4.5cm, it will handle the biggest of Sunday roasts.
